Once the sale is agreed upon, a sales mandate is signed between the owner and Re Casa Immobiliare, including authorization for the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 679/2016 (GDPR).

This is followed by a comprehensive photo shoot — both interior and exterior — to be used across all Re Casa Immobiliare promotional channels.

To increase visibility, a “For Sale” sign is placed on the property, and the listing is uploaded to the Re Casa Immobiliare database and portal, which receives an average of 60,000 visits per year and is updated every 12 hours.
