As of April 2025, Re Casa manages around 100 properties with a total capacity of approximately 400 beds in San Benedetto del Tronto, Grottammare, and Cupra Marittima.
The goal is to double the portfolio to 200 properties with expansion throughout the country.
Property Enhancement Services
To maximize property value, Re Casa offers furnishing and staging services, including professional photography, interior and exterior drone filming, and cinematic videomaking for effective visual presentation.
All properties listed for sale or rent starting April 2025 will include a dedicated photo service provided by specialized professionals.
