Collaboration Mandate (Non-Exclusive Mandate for Tourist Rentals)

• Agreement between the Agency and the Owner on the price list (net amount to the owner with no commission deducted).
• Professional photoshoot with high-quality equipment to showcase the property’s details and space dimensions.
• Inventory of all furniture, including all utensils.
• Publication of the property on the website recasa.it, on social media channels: Instagram Business page, Facebook page, Telegram, and approximately 44 specialized real estate portals.
• Client acquisition.
• Signing of the tourist lease contract directly between the Agency and the Client, with full responsibility for any issues borne by the Agency.
• Communication with local authorities in accordance with public safety laws.
• Initial cleaning if requested by the owner.
• Client reception upon arrival, collection of the agreed rent, key handover.
• Security deposit (€200) paid by the client as a guarantee for any damages.
• Assistance to the client throughout the entire stay for any needs.
• Property assistance for any faults that may occur, with costs covered by the owner if they are extraordinary; costs covered by the Agency if caused by the client.
• Final cleaning and inventory check at the end of each stay.
