"Empty for Full" Contract – Guaranteed Rent

Summer Period Only:

Contract with an agreement for the rent amount, guaranteed by the Agency for the period June – September, or another mutually agreed period.
Utilities are the responsibility of the owner, except for air conditioning if present.
Initial inventory of all furniture, furnishings, and utensils inside the property.
Initial cleaning at the owner's expense and complete final cleaning at the Agency's expense.
Property maintenance assistance (maintenance of systems and appliances with technicians, no call-out fees and discounted rates with the Agency).
Lease contract for tourist use directly between the Agency and the Client, with full responsibility of any kind borne by the Agency.
Communication to local authorities in accordance with public safety laws.
Full assistance provided by the Agency with no responsibilities on the owner's part.
Verification and restoration of inventory at the end of the contract, at the Agency's expense.

Annual Period:

Contract with an agreement for the rent amount, guaranteed by the Agency.
Utilities (water, electricity, and gas) are the Agency's responsibility, with or without utility transfers to the Agency, as chosen by the owner.
Initial inventory of all furniture and utensils inside the property.
Initial cleaning at the owner's expense and complete final cleaning at the Agency's expense.
Property maintenance assistance (maintenance of systems and appliances with technicians, no call-out fees and discounted rates with the Agency).
Lease contract for tourist use directly between the Agency and the Client, with full responsibility of any kind borne by the Agency.
