Customer Management Only Contract

This service is designed for those who prefer to manage the bookings of their property personally but do not want the burden of managing the clientele during the summer period.

This service includes:

• Initial inventory of all furniture and equipment inside the property
• Client welcome at the agency
• Collection of payments on behalf of the owner
• Key handover
• Full customer support during the stay
• Inventory check at the end of the stay
• Apartment cleaning after each stay
• Change of bedding (mattress covers, pillowcases, cushions) and linen (bed and bathroom) if requested by the customer, with the agency providing supplies if available
• Assistance to the client in choosing and booking beach services if requested

Costs to be borne by the owner:

• Final cleaning fee ranging from €30 to €50 (depending on the size of the apartment)
• Fixed cost for each linen change: €50.00

Coverage Areas:

• San Benedetto del Tronto (entire municipality)
• Grottammare (entire municipality)

Note: If a contract is signed for multiple properties, an entire building, or a hospitality facility, a more favorable financial agreement will be evaluated.
